Your 1 to 2-Year Accelerated Journey
This program provides a rotational, hands-on experience to build your expertise in B2B sales and sales management:
- Core Sales Operations & Client Acquisition: Gain hands-on experience in various sales roles, prospecting, conducting customer presentations, and learning our selling approach.
- Account Management & Strategy: Work closely with seniors to manage key customer accounts, analyse market trends, draft commercial proposals, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Sales Leadership Preparation: Learn operational management and play a part in key commercial projects to prepare you for a future management position within the business.
General Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across key target sectors.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Service, and Marketing) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service execution.
- Track, analyse, and report on individual and team sales performance metrics.
- Participate in strategic sales planning, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field. The ideal candidate will have:
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for driving commercial growth
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Target-driven and motivated to exceed expectations
- A "can-do" attitude and a clear ambition for fast-track career progression
