experience\nHandle order entries, confirmations, and updates in the CRM to ensure timely and accurate processing\nPrepare sales reports, track key performance indicators, and maintain records that help the team hit their targets\nHelp create presentations, proposals, and other sales materials for team and client meetings\nGather information on competitors, market trends, and customer needs, in collaboration with the sales team\nKeep the CRM systems up to date, manage data entry for leads and opportunities, and help the sales team use the tools effectively\nWork closely with marketing, finance, and customer service to coordinate activities and resolve issues around orders, invoicing, or product availability\nRequirements\nA Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred\nOne to three years in a sales support, sales coordination, or similar administrative role\nDetail oriented, organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast paced environment\nStrong knowledge of CRM systems\nProficient in using Microsoft Excel \nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels\nExcellent verbal and written communication
