Service\nTo maintain accurate records of all service vehicles in the branch in relation to:\na. Renewal of road tax\nb. Maintenance service due\nc. Repair costs\nd. Fuel usage\ne. Driver logs\nTo manage & control the Branch’s fleet of service vehicles in a cost effective manner, and without compromising on safety.\nEnsure all new businesses are completed within 10 working days from the date of service agreement/job confirmation.\nEnsure each service team is route-ridden once every 2 months.\nB. Stocks\nTo present the service capital expenditure request each month, to the Branch Manager for his attention and further action.\nC. Administration\nEnsure that all required returns and reports to the head office are prepared accurately and dispatched promptly.\nTo conduct a formal meeting Quarterly with Technicians.\nTo provide the Service Manager with status reports on a monthly basis covering:\na. State of Service\nb. Customer Issues\nc. Supervisor’s issues\nd. Other issues\nD. Staff Recruitment, Welfare & Development\nRecruit (subject to prior approval from AOM) new Service Technicians.\nInduct, train and manage service staff effectively.\nMaintain a high level of morale amongst your staff.\nEnsure that staff have a full understanding of the Company’s objective and policies.\nE. Quality Assurance & Training\nEnsure a high level of competence in the required skills amongst service staff by providing continuing training and practical assistance & guidance in the field.\nDevelop good customer relationships through being knowledgeable about your work, and taking ownership of service problems.\nEnsure that all customer complaints are attended to within 24 hours.\nEnsure that Service Supervisors duties are audited monthly.\nEnsure that each Service Technician is audited at least once every 2 months.\nF. Health & Safety\nTo ensure that all chemicals are handled, store and applied with due regard to the safety standards laid down within the Company, and that staff are never exposed to untoward risks in the course of their work.\nTo ensure that all service vehicles are roadworthy & safe through a monthly inspection.\nTo constantly project, by personal example, Good & Safe Working Practices within the Branch.\nG.
