Our powerful, cloud-based platform helps property managers streamline operations, reduce manual work, and deliver a better experience for tenants and owners. Behind that innovation is a team-first culture that puts people at the center. We care deeply about building a company where smart, driven individuals can grow, feel supported, and do the best work of their careers. Our people aren't just part of our success-they're the reason for it.\nPlease Note: Rentvine is unable to provide employment sponsorship now or in the future for this position. Candidates MUST currently reside in the USA to be considered.\nAbout the Role\nWhen a property management company decides to move to Rentvine, you're the person who gets them there. You'll run a full slate of implementations at once, and every one of them landing on time - with clean data and a client who actually knows how to use the platform - is on you.\nThis is a project management job first. You'll own the plan, keep everyone honest about their commitments, spot trouble before it turns into a missed date, and stay the one accountable person from kickoff to handoff. You'll scope work up front as needed and write the SOWs that define it - sometimes for your own projects, sometimes for a teammate's - and those calls are yours.\nYou won't be purely managing from a distance, either. You'll get into the data - building migration files, checking balances - working alongside our accounting and data specialists. Most of your time goes to running the project, but this isn't a role where you hand off a plan and watch.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the project\nRun a portfolio of client implementations end to end, from kickoff through go-live and the weeks after\nBuild project plans that actually hold up - sequencing discovery, data migration, configuration, training, and financial cut-over with realistic timelines\nConfirm scope at kickoff and make sure the client knows what they owe you and when\nHandle scope changes head-on: figure out the impact, walk the client through the tradeoff, get agreement. Don't just absorb it\nKeep project status current and clear enough that a colleague could pick up your project cold\nScope the work and write the SOW\nScope incoming accounts - sometimes ones you'll run yourself, sometimes ones that go to a teammate. You're scoping for the team, not just your own slate\nGet on the phone with people you've never met to do it. Often you'll be calling a prospect or a new client cold, with no relationship to lean on, and you'll need to pull real answers out of them fast\nSize up the account: how much data, what condition it's in, what they're coming from, how complex their portfolio is, and how ready they actually are\nTurn that into an estimate of effort and timeline you can stand behind - including when someone else will be the one delivering against it\nWrite SOWs that spell out what's included, what isn't, what we're assuming, what the client needs to do, and what \"done\" looks like - clear enough to settle an argument three months later\nWrite change orders when scope moves, with the timeline and effort impact quantified and the client signed off before the work starts\nMake these calls yourself within your thresholds. Escalate when the commercial terms warrant it, not by default\nGet involved with Sales on the complicated deals so we scope them right before signing, not after\nHelp build the templates and estimating standards so this gets more consistent over time\nKeep it on track\nCatch risks and slippage early, raise them, and fix them before a date slips\nHold internal teams and integration partners to their dates. These are dependencies, not favors\nRun go-live readiness reviews against real exit criteria, and make the call on whether a client is ready\nClose projects out properly and hand off to Customer Success with the context, open risks, and configuration decisions they need\nLead the client\nBe the client's person throughout - one point of accountability, start to finish\nRun the rhythm: kickoff, regular check-ins, milestone reviews, close-out\nChase what you need from the client side. Data, decisions, people's time. Escalate on their end when their delays put the date at risk\nSay the hard things early. Timeline problems, scope creep, readiness gaps\nGet the data right\nWork with our accounting and data specialists on migration, validation, and financial cut-over, splitting the work based on how complex the project is and who's got capacity\nBuild migration files yourself when that's faster - mapping fields, cleaning up legacy exports, prepping data for load\nOwn the quality bar no matter who did the work. Review it closely enough to find the problems before the client does\nPush what you learn back into the process, so we're not solving the same problem from scratch on every project\nQualifications\n4+ years running customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or professional services projects - B2B SaaS ideally\nReal experience scoping work and writing SOWs. We'll ask how you estimate, and what you learned the time you got it badly wrong\nComfort walking into a conversation cold. You'll be scoping accounts where you don't know anyone, sometimes before there's a signed deal, and you need to build enough trust in one call to get straight answers about their data and their operation\nExperience carrying a full portfolio at once. Be ready to talk specifics: how many, how long they ran, how often you hit your dates\nSolid project management fundamentals - scope, dependencies, critical path, risk tracking, change control, status reporting\nYou keep your project tool current. Not most weeks. Always\nYou can get people to deliver without managing them\nGood judgment on scope and commercial tradeoffs, the backbone to hold a position with a client, and the sense to know when to escalate\nStrong writing. SOWs, change orders, and status updates all fall apart when they're vague\nClear, calm communication out loud too, especially when the news isn't good\nComfortable in Excel and Sheets - lookups, conditional logic, cleaning up messy legacy exports - enough to build a migration file when you need to\nEnough financial literacy to poke at a migration and know when something's off. You don't need to be an accountant; we have those\nEven Better If You Have\nPMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or similar\nProperty management industry or software background\nTime in professional services or billable delivery, where sloppy scope hit the margin\nAccounting, financial operations, or data migration experience\nHigh-volume implementation environment where standardization was the goal\nA track record of improving an implementation process, not just working inside one\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou hit your dates. Implementations launch on time or early\nYour scope holds. Actual effort tracks close to what you scoped - on the projects you run and the ones you hand to someone else - and when it doesn't, it gets caught and turned into a change order instead of absorbed\nNo surprises. Status is accurate, and risks come up early rather than at the deadline\nClients get value fast. They're productive on Rentvine inside the target window\nThe data's clean. Balances reconcile at cut-over with no corrections after launch\nClients trust you. Strong satisfaction at close-out and a handoff to CS that leaves nothing hanging\nThey stick around. Customers are healthy through their first renewal\n#LI-DN1 #LI-Onsite","description_format":"text","description_chars":7543,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Property Management","PropTech"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-11T04:56:48Z"},{"event":"close","at":"2026-09-30T21:22:58Z"},{"event":"reopen","at":"2026-10-05T16:18:15Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":13,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.352,"p_room":0.36,"age_days":61,"expected_fill_days":32,"reasons":["conf:2","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-10-20T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/rentvine-onboarding-project-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/rentvine-onboarding-project-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-20T06:39:32Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":7294,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-21T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":685633},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=685633"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Frentvine-onboarding-project-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Frentvine-onboarding-project-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Frentvine-onboarding-project-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/rentvine-onboarding-project-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Frentvine-onboarding-project-manager"}]}
