This role partners closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver talent that directly impacts business performance and growth.\nWhat You’ll Do\nRecruiting Execution\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance.\n\nPartner closely with hiring managers and regional leadership to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.\n\nSource, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.\n\nManage candidate pipelines to ensure consistent flow and readiness for hiring needs.\n\nGather and synthesize interview feedback, consulting with hiring teams on selection decisions and next steps.\n\nCandidate Experience\nDeliver a consistent, transparent, and timely candidate experience at every stage of the process.\n\nEnsure all candidates receive communication and follow-up, regardless of outcome.\n\nAct as a trusted point of contact for candidates, setting expectations clearly and professionally.\n\nProcess Excellence\nAccurately maintain candidate data and activity within the ATS and related systems.\n\nFollow standardized recruiting processes while identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.\n\nStay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate recruiting outcomes.\n\nOwnership & Impact\nTake accountability for hiring outcomes, timelines, and quality of hires within assigned business areas.\n\nSupport hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives as needed.\n\nContribute to a collaborative TA team environment focused on results, continuous improvement, and shared success.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.\n\n1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally in a high-volume environment.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and professionalism.\n\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS and HRIS systems required (Ashby and ADP experience is a plus).\n\nInterview Process\nAt Renuity, our team and interview process want to help you show your best self.
