We’ll train you the right way-through hands-on and classroom instruction-so you can grow quickly from Helper to full Installer. If you’re a problem solver who takes pride in great work, we want to hear from you.\nIn this role, you will:\nStart each day with a pre-check of your van and materials\n\nInstall custom organization systems in customer homes\n\nFollow Closet America’s proven processes and quality standards\n\nWork safely and neatly, protecting customers’ homes\n\nCommunicate with the team and customers throughout the day\n\nClean up and review the finished product with the homeowner\n\nComplete final paperwork and collect payment as needed\n\nKey Qualifications\nValid driver’s license required\n\nWoodworking or finish carpentry experience preferred\n\nAbility to interpret design drawings and recognize parts and assemblies\n\nComfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions\n\nStrong attention to detail-able to measure and install to the millimeter\n\nOrganized, systematic, and professional in appearance and conduct\n\nWilling to work at least 2 weekends per month\n\nCoachable and open to feedback and continuous improvement\n\nWho Thrives in This Role\nYou love working with your hands and building things from scratch\n\nYou’re proactive, dependable, and take pride in a job well done\n\nYou like solving problems and learning new skills on the job\n\nYou care about customers and want to make their day\n\nSchedule & Location\nFull-time\n\nMust be available at least two weekends per month\n\nThe office is located in Garnet Valley servicing the greater Philadelphia area\n\nAbout Closet America\nCloset America designs, manufactures, and installs custom home organization systems for closets, garages, pantries, and more.
