As a Procurement Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our pre-production process, ensuring every installation runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and teamwork while keeping projects moving forward on time and on budget.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Procurement Technician, you’ll be at the heart of project execution. Key responsibilities include:\nReviewing sales contracts and spec sheets to verify accuracy of materials, charges, and scope.\n\nSpotting missing information or product errors and working with Pre-site Techs and managers to resolve them quickly.\n\nPreparing and submitting product orders to vendors, ensuring accuracy in pricing and purchase orders.\n\nEntering sales orders into Acumatica, cutting POs, and keeping job files audit-ready.\n\nProcessing Work Order Changes (WOCs) swiftly and distributing updates to production teams.\n\nCoordinating with vendors to track materials, confirm costs, and resolve delivery issues.\n\nPartnering with sales, production, and management to keep communication flowing.\n\nMeeting department productivity and quality goals while maintaining top-notch records.\n\nHandling return-to-vendor requests and other procurement duties as assigned.\n\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\nWe’re looking for a team-oriented problem-solver with:\nExperience: Prior work in residential remodeling, construction, or procurement preferred.\n\nTech Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat; ability to quickly learn software like Salesforce and Acumatica.\n\nOrganization & Detail: Sharp eye for errors, strong time management, and ability to keep multiple projects on track.\n\nCommunication: Clear, professional written and verbal skills.\n\nMindset: Energetic, enthusiastic, patient, and calm under pressure.\n\nEducation: High school diploma required; college coursework a plus.\n\nIf you’re ready to grow, learn, and contribute to a winning team, this role is a fantastic stepping stone to bigger opportunities within Statewide Remodeling.\nThe Details\nPhysical Requirements\nOccasional lifting/moving of 50+ lbs.\n\nAbility to sit, stand, reach, and use hands/arms as needed.\n\nVisual ability for close, distance, and color detail.\n\nWork Environment\nIn-office position, business casual dress code.\n\nSchedule & Pay\nMonday-Friday schedule.\n\nBi-weekly payroll.\n\nPay for the role is $24 an hour.\n\nBenefits & Time Off\nVacation and personal days (request two weeks in advance).\n\nSick/late absences must be reported promptly to your manager.\n\nFull details available in the employee handbook.\n\nOther Requirements\nMust pass a criminal background check.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Statewide Remodeling, you’re not just taking a job-you’re joining a team that values quality, precision, and growth.
