This is a high-impact role for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\n\nPrepare and analyze GAAP-compliant financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and divisional financial packages for leadership.\n\nPartner with FP&A and divisional leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing insights that drive performance.\n\nServe as a key liaison for external auditors; prepare schedules and documentation to support audit requirements.\n\nStrengthen and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures across multiple business units.\n\nDrive process improvements by streamlining workflows, enhancing reporting capabilities, and leveraging ERP and automation tools.\n\nAct as a resource and mentor for junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous learning.\n\nWhat You'll Bring:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing).\n\n2-4 years of progressive accounting experience, with public accounting (Big 4 or national firm) strongly preferred.\n\nDeep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience preparing complex financial statements.\n\nProficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).\n\nStrong analytical skills with a track record of identifying issues, proposing solutions, and driving execution.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence stakeholders across functions.\n\nThrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.\n\nAbout Renuity \nRenuity, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is a leading home improvement services business with a rapidly expanding national footprint.
