And we’re just getting started!\nKey Responsibilities:\nReceiving Shipments:\nReceive incoming shipments of windows, doors, bath products, and other materials.\n\nInspect and verify the accuracy of shipments received from suppliers, ensuring that products match the corresponding orders.\n\nHandle products with care, following company protocols for receiving and inspecting shipments.\nInventory Management & Organization:\n\nOrganize the warehouse in a clean, effective, and safe manner, ensuring that all products are stored properly and easily accessible.\n\nMaintain accurate records of inventory and assist with stock rotation to ensure products are used in a timely manner.\n\nUse the inventory module system to track product quantities, locations, and order statuses.\nProduct Preparation & Coordination:\n\nPull products for upcoming installations and service jobs, ensuring the correct items are selected and prepared for delivery.\n\nCoordinate with installers and service technicians to ensure products are picked up in a timely manner.\n\nPrepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring accurate packaging and labeling.\nShipping & Logistics:\n\nCoordinate and oversee the shipping of merchandise to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.\n\nCommunicate effectively with internal teams to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services.\nPhysical Demands & Safety:\n\nLift and move heavy objects, up to 100 lbs. or more, as required.\n\nOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or reach trucks in a safe and efficient manner (Forklift/Reach Truck Certification required).\n\nMaintain a safety-conscious attitude and adhere to warehouse safety guidelines at all times.\n\nQualifications & Skills:\nExperience:\n\nPrevious experience in warehouse or logistics roles is preferred.\nSkills & Abilities:\n\nExcellent organizational and logistical skills to manage inventory and warehouse tasks efficiently.\n\nStrong attention to detail to ensure accurate shipments, product selections, and record-keeping.\n\nPositive attitude with a team-oriented approach and a willingness to assist others when needed.\n\nDependable and reliable with the ability to follow through on tasks and meet deadlines.\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nAbility to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs. or more) as needed.\n\nComfortable working in a warehouse environment and performing physical tasks.\nCertifications:\n\nForklift/Reach Truck Certification required for operating warehouse equipment.\nLicense:\n\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation for any required deliveries or coordination tasks.\n\nAdditional Information:\nThis position may require occasional overtime or weekend work depending on business needs.\n\nThe role may require travel between warehouse and various job sites.\n\nRenuity and its affiliates are committed to equal opportunity.
