Now let’s talk about You and this Role!\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nArchitecting for Scale: Design and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend systems.\n\nProblem-Solving Wizardry: Break down complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.\n\nCollaboration at the Core: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape features and system design.\n\nCode That Speaks: Write high-quality, well-documented, and maintainable code that makes future-you (and your teammates) happy.\n\nWhat You Need to Bring\nBattle-Tested Experience: 5+ years of engineering experience solving real-world scaling challenges.\n\nTech Mastery: Proficiency in Go, Python, Postgres, Kubernetes, Kafka -you know these tech inside out.\n\nComputer Science Fundamentals: Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.\n\nSystem Design Savvy: You can design for scale, reliability, and efficiency with your eyes closed (but, you know, please keep them open).\n\nTier-1 Engineering Background: A degree from a top-tier engineering college (or equivalent battle scars from real-world challenges).\n\nBonus Points If You:\nHave experience with event-driven architectures and high-throughput systems.\nHave built and maintained large-scale distributed systems.\nThink in terms of trade-offs and not just \"best practices.\"\nPrior experience of working in a early stage startup\nWhat we look for in our team members?\nWhile there is no stencil for the type of people we like, there are a few traits that might make Reo.Dev a better fit for you.
