Now let’s talk about You and this Role!\nWhat will you be working on?\nWe’re looking for a Product Manager to join our early team and work directly with the founders to shape the future of Reo.Dev.\nThis role will focus on improving the onboarding and self-serve journeys within the product - specifically the first 90 days of user experience and early customer success - while also owning broader product initiatives across the platform.\nSome of your work will include:\nOwn end-to-end product development for key product areas - from discovery to launch\n\nDrive onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention initiatives across the product journey\n\nWork closely with founders, engineering, and design to ship fast, iterate continuously, and improve user experience\n\nDeeply understand user workflows, friction points, and customer needs through user conversations and product analytics\n\nTranslate business and user problems into clear product requirements and execution plans\n\nPrioritize ruthlessly and focus on initiatives that create maximum customer and business impact\n\nDefine product requirements, write detailed specs, manage sprint execution, and maintain strong documentation\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer-facing teams\n\nDrive product decisions using data, experimentation, and customer insights\n\nContribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, and long-term product vision\n\nWork on complex AI and data-driven workflows powering developer and GTM intelligence\n\nSkills we are looking for in this role\nThis is a key role at Reo.Dev and we are looking for ambitious people who want to help build the company through its next phase of growth.\nWe are specifically looking for candidates who:\nHave 5+ years of Product Management experience in early-stage tech startups\n\nHave strong experience in B2B SaaS products, ideally with exposure to PLG/self-serve product journeys\n\nHave worked on onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, or product growth initiatives\n\nHave experience working on complex systems and not just linear workflow products\n\nAre highly analytical and comfortable using product and usage data to drive decisions\n\nCan operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments\n\nHave strong product thinking, prioritization, communication, and execution skills\n\nAre highly hands-on and comfortable working closely with engineering and design teams\n\nHave exposure to AI products, developer tools, data products, or intelligence systems\n\nHave independently driven product initiatives from ideation to launch\n\nPreferred backgrounds:\nB2B SaaS\n\nPLG SaaS\n\nDeveloper tools\n\nAI products\n\nBottom-up SaaS products\n\nGrowth/onboarding-focused PM roles\n\nWhat qualities we look for in our team members?\nWhile there is no stencil for the type of people we like, there are a few traits that might make Reo.Dev a better fit for you.\nReo.Devmight be a good fit if you:\nWork hard, hands-on (that’s very important to us!) and want to grow really fast.\n\nCare about your work a great deal, find it highly unsettling if the quality of work is even slightly sub-par.\n\nExecute fast.\n\nAre hands on (we will not have elaborate reporting structures for the foreseeable future and hopefully ever).\n\nAre someone people like to work with, low on ego, high on humility.\n\nHave the ability to fail, learn and keep trying till you win.
