Reolink remains committed to delivering advanced, reliable, and user-centric solutions that empower people to protect what matters most.\nRole Summary\nThe Finance Manager - Europe will be responsible for overseeing financial management, reporting, planning, and control for Reolink’s European operations, with a strong focus on e-commerce and marketplace business models. This role will act as a key finance business partner to commercial, operations, and tax teams, ensuring robust financial governance, accurate reporting, and scalable processes across the region.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Accounting & Financial Reporting\nManage full-cycle accounting for Europe entities, including GL processing, revenue recognition, and cost allocation across sales channels. \nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.\nEnsure accurate financial consolidation with headquarters and timely reporting of Amazon sales performance, returns, and promotional costs.\nMaintain and enhance NetSuite operations; develop custom workflows for Amazon reconciliation and inventory tracking.\n2. E-commerce & Marketplace Finance\nManage financial operations for Amazon (1P & 3P), eBay, and DTC channels.\nOversee platform reconciliations, including sales, fees, returns, refunds, and chargebacks.\nPartner with supply chain teams on inventory costing, write-offs, and margin analysis.\n3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis\nLead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for Europe.\nPerform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.\nSupport pricing, promotion, and profitability analysis by channel and market.\n4. Cash, Working Capital & Treasury Support\nMonitor AR, AP, and inventory levels to optimize working capital.\nSupport multi-currency cash management (EUR, GBP, USD) and cash flow forecasting.\nCoordinate with Group Treasury on funding, FX exposure, and cash repatriation.\n5. Tax, VAT & Cross-functional Coordination\nWork closely with tax and external advisors on VAT compliance and reporting.\nSupport audits and regulatory reviews across European entities.\nAct as a finance partner to commercial, operations, and IT teams.\nExperience Requirements\nMinimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.\nAt least 3 years in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital business environments.\nHands-on experience with Amazon (1P & 3P), eBay, Shopify, or similar platforms.\nProven experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency European operations.\nStrong background in financial reporting, controls, and FP&A.\nEducation & Professional Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.\nProfessional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is strongly preferred.\nStrong Excel skills;
