REPAY is looking for someone who can manage the entire payroll function including processing a semi-monthly payroll for 1,000+ employees, providing support for employees companywide. This role will work closely with the HR, Finance, and Accounting teams. We work hard, but we have lots of fun doing it. If a cool, collaborative, and challenging work environment sounds appealing, you’ll fit right in.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPrimary responsibility is to process full cycle U.S. (multi-state) and Canada semi-monthly payroll for\n~1,100 employees.\nOversee Time Tracking corrections\nAssist with garnishments processed by third-party processors.\nManage payroll related data to ensure accurate and timely accounting, record keeping, and day-to-day processing. This includes but is not limited to electronic time and attendance and PTO processes.\nCollaborate with Human Resources and other departments to ensure all payroll changes have been entered accurately into the payroll system.\nAssist with state and local payroll tax registrations and monitoring.\nServe as the main point of contact for employee payrollinquiries.\nPrepare regularly scheduled and ad hoc payroll analysis.\nPrepare bi-monthly payroll journal entry to be entered into the accountingsystem.\nProcess manual/out of cycle check payments as necessary.\nIdentify and recommend changes to the payroll processing software, supporting systems, and payroll procedures.\nAdhere to Final Pay State Laws\nAssist with audits, testing, annual W-2 review anddistribution.\nSKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED\n2+ years of experience processing full cycle payroll.\nExperience with ADP and Workday Payroll and Time Tracking.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to operate Sense of urgency handle sensitive confident.\nBe able to adapt to change and recover quickly from adversity.\nMust be organized, possess a strong attention to detail, and be able to use critical thinking skills to solve problems.\nBe a self-starter with the ability to prioritize, manage and reinforce strict deadlines without compromising quality of work.\nMust have a sense of humor and be able to work closely with the team.\nWHY JOIN REPAY.… BECAUSE CULTURE IS EVERYTHING\nGROWTH & PEOPLE-CENTERED LEADERSHIP\nAs the industry-leading financial technology provider in the Consumer Finance and Business to Business spaces, we continue to set the standard for application development and delivery.
