$550 Based on Experience \n\n Position Summary IMPORT OPERATION COORDINATOR We are an established company specialized in the importation and distribution of gourmet food, based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia (main work place), and we are looking for an Import Operations Coordinator to join our Team.\nJob Position Import Operations Coordinator Reporting General Manager Contract Full Time Level, salary range 450 USD 550 USD depending on experience Working Days Monday to Saturday, 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm.\n\n Duties & Responsibilities:\n\n Be aware of e-filing requirements for import shipments from France, Italy, Vietnam, Thailand...etc.\nMainly responsible for coordinating the daily operation and co-operation between the operation team and the customs clearance team, customer service (including booking, customs declaration, box making, expenses, inspection, compensation, etc.).\nCheck the expenses with suppliers and cooperate with finance department to check the payment content.\nSupport daily operation activities and help ensure the operation process is followed consistently.\nSystem input management.\nRelay tasks assigned by management to the operation team and report back progress and feedback.\nParticipate in weekly operation team meetings and contribute to analysis of recent work. -
