These tasks may include, but are not limited to, kitting of parts, cutting of tubing and polymer film, reading design drawings, performing basic and complex assembly techniques, executing detailed visual inspections, operating manual and automated machinery, and completing packaging and labeling activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the department’s safety, quality, and production goals are met.This role is expected to model our Leadership Behaviors-Integrity & Compliance, Customer Focus, Collaboration, Courage, Team Empowerment, and Accountability & Results-in all aspects of work.\nResponsibilities:\nConduct basic and complex assembly techniques\nRead manufacturing drawings and follow standard operating procedures of varying complexity\nPerform detailed visual inspections on in-process and finished products\nPackage and label finished products\nWork with a team in a fast-paced ISO certified cleanroom environment\nPerform daily housekeeping tasks as assigned\nCut tubing and polymer film to meet tolerances using both manual and automated tools\nSafely operate cleanroom machinery by closely following the standard operating procedures\nPerform inventory counts and report any inaccuracies in a timely manner\nComplete documentation according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP)\nLearn the Repligen Performance System and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement\nOther Duties:\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
