In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to develop and execute pricing strategies that drive profitable growth, improve price realization, and strengthen our competitive positioning.\nThe Pricing Manager will play a critical role in transforming pricing into a strategic capability by leveraging data, market insights, customer value drivers, and advanced analytics to optimize pricing decisions. This position will be responsible for driving value-based pricing strategies across our portfolios and supporting commercial teams on complex strategic opportunities, driving governance and compliance, and identifying new opportunities to improve revenue and margin performance.\nThis role is expected to model our Leadership Behaviors-Integrity & Compliance, Customer Focus, Collaboration, Courage, Team Empowerment, and Accountability & Results-in all aspects of work.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and execute pricing strategies that maximize revenue, margin, and long-term customer value.\nManage pricing-related elements of customer contracts, including price schedules, annual price adjustment mechanisms, rebates, surcharges, volume commitments, freight policies, and renewal provisions. Ensure alignment with company pricing policies and governance standards\nPerform deal-level financial analysis, price realization assessments, profitability modeling, and scenario evaluations to support pricing decisions for enterprise, multi-product, and long-term customer agreements\nMonitor market conditions, competitive pricing trends, and customer willingness to pay to inform pricing decisions.\nCollaborate with Product Management on new product pricing, portfolio optimization, and value proposition development.\nChampion a data-driven pricing culture across the organization through training, coaching, and stakeholder engagement.\nDevelop and maintain financial models, ROI calculators, total cost of ownership (TCO) tools, and value communication frameworks that enable commercial teams to articulate and capture the value delivered by Repligen's products and solutions.\nMonitor pricing performance, value capture effectiveness, and customer response to pricing initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve pricing architecture, reduce price dispersion, strengthen pricing discipline, and increase realization of the value delivered to customers\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.\n4+ years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Excellence, Strategic Marketing, Product Management, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.\nDemonstrated experience developing and executing pricing strategies for products, services, or solutions in a B2B environment.\nExperience supporting contract pricing, deal desk, commercial negotiations, and pricing governance processes.\nProven track record of driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and price realization improvements through pricing initiatives.\nExperience working in matrix organizations and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Operations teams.\nTechnical & Analytics Skills\nThe candidate should be able to demonstrate experience with:\nValue-Based Pricing methodologies\nNew Product Pricing\nPortfolio Pricing Strategy\nCustomer Segmentation\nWillingness-to-Pay Analysis\nCompetitive Pricing Intelligence\nPricing Architecture Design\nContract Pricing and Revenue Management\nPrice Increase Management\nDiscount and Rebate Management\nPrice Realization Improvement\nROI / Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Modeling\nBusiness Case Development\nVoice of Customer (VoC) Studies\nOur mission is to inspire advances in bioprocessing as a trusted partner in the production of biologic drugs that improve human health worldwide. The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $116,000 - 175,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package. We offer a wide range of benefits such as paid time off, health/dental/vision, retirement benefits and flexible spending accounts.
