R&D Project Manager is reporting directly to Senior Manager - R&D PMO.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead multiple new product development projects from concept through commercialization.\nEstablish and drive project plans, budgets, resource plans, risk management, and stakeholder management.\nLead cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely project execution; keep project team members accountable for fulfilling the tasks.\nFacilitate project meetings, design reviews, prototype builds, testing activities, and documentation development.\nDrive alignment across stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.\nSupport product transfer into manufacturing and commercialization activities.\nQualifications\nUniversity degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of project management experience in product development within industrial equipment, biotechnology, life sciences, medical devices, or related industries.\nStrong understanding of project management methodology and governance experience.\nProven ability to lead cross-functional project teams in a dynamic and fast-changing environment; influence stakeholders without direct authority\nExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nRepligen offers you a competitive remuneration package, including a yearly bonus, additional health insurance package, sport benefits and flexible working hours.
