Our office is based in Breda, and we have a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.\nFinancial Reporting & Analysis\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports that provide actionable business insights.\nLead monthly close activities, including variance analysis and performance commentary.\nAnalyse and report Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nEnsure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of financial data and reporting.\nSupport the commission process for the global distribution network.\nForecasting, Planning & Business Partnership\nSupport annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes.\nDevelop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and key performance indicators.\nPartner with the R&D organization on financial modeling for new product introductions.\nServe as a trusted finance business partner to manufacturing operations, providing insights that support operational decisions and investment prioritization.\nEstablish, track, and analyze financial and operational KPIs, recommending corrective actions where appropriate.\nStrategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with business leaders to translate financial data into strategic recommendations.\nUse financial insights to drive actions that improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.\nLead or contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPerform ad hoc financial analyses to support evolving business needs and executive decision-making.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or a related discipline.\nMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.\nExperience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.\nSolid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nProven ability to collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams.\nRepligen offers you a competitive remuneration package, including a yearly bonus, non-contributory pension, partial compensation on your personal health insurance and flexible working hours.
