This role will serve as the technical lead for Microsoft 365 collaboration, SharePoint Online, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Entra ID, and endpoint management services, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable digital workplace solutions across the enterprise.Key Responsibilities\nOwn the administration, support, governance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.\nServe as the Tier 3 escalation point and technical authority for Microsoft 365 platform issues and initiatives.\nDesign and implement secure, scalable M365 solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.\nLead SharePoint governance, permissions management, site lifecycle management, collaboration standards, and migration initiatives.\nAdminister and enhance Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities including Hybrid Identity, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Identity Governance.\nSupport enterprise application integrations using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.\nManage endpoint solutions through Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, including device provisioning, compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security.\nDevelop automation and operational improvements using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.\nMonitor platform health, performance, security posture, adoption, and compliance metrics.\nPartner with Cybersecurity teams to implement Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance controls.\nParticipate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement activities.\nCreate and maintain architecture documentation, standards, runbooks, and operational procedures.\nEvaluate Microsoft roadmap enhancements and lead the adoption of new technologies and platform capabilities\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n7+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and engineering experience in a medium-to-large enterprise.\nDeep expertise in:Microsoft 365 Administration\nSharePoint Online Administration & Governance\nMicrosoft Teams\nExchange Online\nOneDrive for Business\nMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD)\nIdentity & Access Management (IAM)\nMicrosoft Intune\n\nStrong experience with Hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments.\nExpertise implementing and managing SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, PIM, and Identity Governance.\nStrong PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph automation experience.\nExperience supporting endpoint management, Windows Autopilot, and modern device management.\nStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, and collaboration technologies.\nExperience with Microsoft Defender, Purview, ServiceNow, and ITIL processes preferred.\nExperience supporting global organizations and geographically distributed teams.\nPreferred Certifications\nMicrosoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)\nMicrosoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)\nMicrosoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)\nMicrosoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)\nOur mission is to inspire advances in bioprocessing as a trusted partner in the production of biologic drugs that improve human health worldwide. The estimated salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $140,000-$180,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
