Join us!\nThe Strategic Marketing Manager for Chromatography is responsible for developing and executing integrated global marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth for the chromatography portfolio. This role partners closely with Product Management, Commercial, and Digital teams to translate technical capabilities into clear, customer-focused value propositions and measurable campaign outcomes.\nThis role is expected to model our Leadership Behaviors-Integrity & Compliance, Customer Focus, Collaboration, Courage, Team Empowerment, and Accountability & Results-in all aspects of work.\nDevelop and execute data-driven global marketing plans based on customer segmentation, market trends, and competitive insights.\nLead multi-channel campaigns that increase product adoption, generate high-quality MQLs, and support pipeline growth.\nBuild and manage the customer-facing story, simplifying complex chromatography technologies into clear, differentiated value propositions.\nCreate and deliver high-impact content across digital, web, events, and sales enablement channels.\nCollaborate with Product Management, Commercial, Applications, and Digital teams to align on priorities, messaging, and execution.\nManage campaign execution, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.\nTrack performance using KPIs and analytics, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness.\nSupport tradeshows, webinars, and customer-facing programs that position the chromatography portfolio within the broader Repligen offering.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field; MBA preferred.\n4+ years of marketing experience in life sciences, biopharma, or bioprocessing technologies.\nLeverage AI tools to significantly increase content velocity, personalization, and campaign efficiency while maintaining scientific accuracy.\nExperience supporting product commercialization and demand generation programs.\nStrong understanding of market segmentation, competitive analysis, and value proposition development.\nAbility to translate technical information into clear, customer-focused messaging.\nExperience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content).\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data and KPIs to inform decisions and optimize performance.\nStrong collaboration skills and ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization.\nExcellent communication, storytelling, and content development skills.\nOur mission is to inspire advances in bioprocessing as a trusted partner in the production of biologic drugs that improve human health worldwide. Focused on cost and process efficiencies, we deliver innovative technologies and solutions that help set new standards in bioprocessing. The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $96,732.- $148,323. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
