Together, you'll ensure developers worldwide have the support they need to bring their ideas to life.\nIn this role you will…\nWork directly with Replit customers via support tickets to solve account, billing, and product issues, while meeting daily ticket volume and resolution time targets\n\nCollaborate with the rest of the Support team in telling the story of our users to the rest of Replit\n\nDirectly contribute to and maintain the Support’s Team's Knowledge Base\n\nOwn and manage escalated customer interactions that are complex, sensitive, or high-impact, driving resolution across stakeholders.\n\nHelp shape and refine support processes as the team and product continue to grow\n\nRequired skills and experience:\n4+ years of customer support experience\n\nExperience with support platforms (Zendesk), payment systems (Stripe, Orb), and ticketing workflows\n\nExcellent communication skills and a proactive approach to asking questions and resolving ambiguity\n\nAbility to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume support environments\n\nStrong time management and ticket triage skills\n\nComfortable working in a metrics-driven environment\n\nAble to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams\n\nNice to have:\nBackground in B2B SaaS customer success or support\n\nHas used Replit in the last 3 to 6 months.\n\nExperience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)\n\nThis is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office.
