Real examples include -\nPlatform\nBuilding sandbox infrastructure for our agents (managing secrets, proxies, and compute)\n\nBuilding an eval framework for our models\n\nLaunching an analytics platform on ClickHouse/MSK that consumes millions of events per day\n\nBuilding an agentic workflow orchestration architecture\n\nBuilding a public API for Replo/Slack bots\n\nOverhauling our billing system to support arbitrary usage-based billing\n\nPrograms\nEnabling customers to buy domains directly through Replo\n\nBuilding agent-driven insight reporting for businesses\n\nBuilding a full product-customizer UI for custom print-on-demand products\n\nLooking for someone who\nCan be in office 4-5 days/week in San Francisco\n\nIs proficient in Typescript/React/Node\n\nUses Cursor/Claude Code to accelerate their work\n\nHas built products 0 -> 1 with real users and revenue\n\nIs OK operating independently without product/design\n\nIs ALWAYS SHIPPING. We don't spend weeks planning features at Replo\n\nHas a product and customer-focused mindset\n\nHas experience being burned by deployment and maintenance issues.
