improve decision-making\nAnalyze existing processes and recommend improvements using Industry 4.0 technologies to reduce waste and increase efficiency\nWork with AI, IT, operations, and engineering teams to align Industry 4.0 initiatives with business goals\nProvide training to staff on new systems and technologies, ensuring smooth adoption and operation\nStay updated on emerging Industry 4.0 trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement\nMinimum Requirements\nUS citizen or green card holder per client requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field\n3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or industrial engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Industry 4.0 technologies\nProficiency in IoT platforms (e.g., MQTT, OPC UA), UNS, and industrial communication protocols\nExperience with automation tools (e.g., PLC programming, HMI, MES, SCADA systems)\nKnowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and machine learning frameworks\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake) and digital twin
