Copilot.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities\nLead the design and architecture of modern software systems.\nMentor and guide a team of 5-15 software developers.\nDevelop and deliver production software using C#, React, SQL, and TypeScript.\nDesign and implement applications deployed on Azure.\nEstablish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or Azure DevOps.\nUse and promote AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and GitHub Copilot.\nConduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards.\nCollaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders.\nMinimum Requirements\n7+ years of professional software development experience.\n3+ years in a technical lead or senior engineering role.\nStrong experience developing applications using C#, SQL, and familiarity with other non-relational databases.\nExperience developing modern web applications using React and TypeScript.\nExperience building distributed systems in cloud environments such as Azure.\nExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or Azure DevOps.\nTravel requirement: up to 20%.\nPreferred Requirements\nExperience designing microservice architectures.\nExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.\nExperience with event-driven systems or messaging technologies.\nExperience establishing architecture standards across teams.\nExperience
