You'll research target accounts, find the right decision-makers, and run email and LinkedIn outreach that turns cold contacts into conversations.\nThe leads you generate go straight to our marketing team for follow-up and to our partners as new business opportunities.\nResponsibilities\nFind the right leads. Research target industries and accounts, then identify decision-makers who match our ideal customer profile using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.\nQualify and enrich contacts. Verify emails, fill in company and role details, and score leads against agreed criteria so the team only spends time on real opportunities.\nBuild and run email campaigns. Write personalized outreach sequences, set up A/B tests on subject lines and messaging, and manage follow-ups in Apollo.io and HubSpot.\nSupport LinkedIn outreach. Help plan and run LinkedIn campaigns, including connection requests, InMail, and engagement with prospects' content.\nKeep the CRM clean. Log every lead, touchpoint, and response in HubSpot so marketing and partners have an accurate, up-to-date view of the pipeline.\nHand off qualified leads. Package qualified leads with context (who they are, why they fit, what they responded to) for the marketing team and partners.\nReport on results. Track open, reply, and meeting rates each week and suggest changes based on what's working.\nMinimum Requirements\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field\nClear, persuasive writing, especially short-form emails and messages\nComfort with research and detail-oriented data work\nSelf-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage several campaigns at once\nCuriosity about B2B sales, technology, and how companies buy\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience with Apollo.io, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or a similar CRM or outreach tool\nFamiliarity with email marketing metrics such as open, reply, and bounce rates\nWhat you'll gain\nYou'll leave with practical skills in the tools and
