Working closely with leadership, this person will also help improve processes and support the continued growth of the business.\nResponsibilities\nSupport daily business operations across consulting and corporate functions including maintaining operational procedures, trackers, and reporting.\nManage the day-to-day administration and support of time and expense system, including employee support, project setup, and cross-functional coordination with accounting and invoicing teams.\nOwn employee equipment provisioning, system access requests, user administration, documentation, operational trackers, and internal knowledge repositories.\nDrive internal projects, including proposal response coordination, annual company event planning and logistics, and other cross-functional initiatives.\nHandle office logistics, workplace coordination, and technology provisioning. Ensure the office is organized, well-stocked, and equipped with the necessary technology to support the team.\nProvide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling management, meeting preparation, materials coordination, and travel logistics.\nPartner with leadership to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and promote consistency across the organization.\nCoordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and staffing support\nMinimum Requirements\n7+ years of experience in operations, business operations, project coordination, or similar role\nExperience in a consulting, professional services, technology, or SAP-related environment\nStrong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.\nExperience administering business systems, supporting users, and coordinating project setup or system access.\nStrong attention to detail and experience maintaining operational documentation, trackers, and reports.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.\nA proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving, process improvement, and day-to-day business
