You'll deliver tailored engagements that drive measurable adoption and business results.\nResponsibilities\nLead end-to-end client engagements as primary point of contact, from implementation through ongoing success\nProvide expert consultation on Asana workflows and configurations aligned to client business challenges\nFacilitate training and change management activities that drive enterprise-wide adoption\nManage project delivery with excellence, balance multiple priorities while maintaining scope and budget\nIdentify growth opportunities and proactively introduce solutions that maximize client value\nServe as voice of the customer, sharing insights with cross-functional and product teams\nMinimum Requirements\nA Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or economics, or equivalent degree\n3 years of customer-facing consulting or implementation experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS\nExpert in Asana and collaborative work management solutions\nExceptional communicator who engages effectively with stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level executives\nSolutions-oriented with strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational change\nSelf-motivated with excellent project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities\nCustomer-centric mindset with genuine passion for driving client success\nCurious about AI and emerging technologies with willingness to leverage them for enhanced
