This role will work collaboratively and use a data-driven mindset to support the HR team through research, analysis, and reporting for HR programs and Total Rewards enhancements. \n\nWhat you’ll do:\nParticipate in the development and maintenance of total rewards and workforce programs, systems, and tools\nMonitor, track, and perform analysis of incentive compensation results and payments to ensure program alignment and accuracy in reporting\nPerform compensation research and analysis, including market benchmarking, salary survey participation, and costing related to salary structures, base salary, incentive compensation programs, job design, and job evaluation.
