As Beazley Security, these values will continue to thrive, with an extra emphasis on expansion of our capabilities and capacity in helping solve unique client challenges.\n\n3-6 Month Contract\n\nSummary\n\nThe CyberServices Operations Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful planning, execution, governance, and operational coordination of key internal projects, including the onboarding of an outsourced service to triage customer service tickets & the co-ordination of process changes and efficiency improvements in Cyber Services’ ticketing platform - Zendesk. This role serves as the bridge between CyberServices leadership, third party contractors, and internal business functions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with business objectives.\n\nThe position oversees project lifecycles, resource coordination, deliverables tracking, operational reporting, and process improvement initiatives across the CyberServices department. The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with operational excellence, stakeholder management, and exceptional communication skills.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nManage the full lifecycle of internal projects:\n\nOnboarding of a managed service for customer service ticket triaging\n\nCo-ordination of process changes and efficiency improvements in Cyber Services’ ticketing platform (Zendesk)\n\nClient journey workflow design & improvements\n\nLead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.\n\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, work plans, milestones, and deliverables.\n\nMonitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.\n\nFacilitate internal status meetings and provide regular status reporting\n\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.\n\nStakeholder Management\n\nBuild strong relationships withCyberServicesleadership, consultants, technical teams, and other internal stakeholders.\n\nCoordinate communication between business and technical stakeholders.\n\nPrepare executive reporting, dashboards, and portfolio updates.\n\nEscalate risks and issues appropriately while driving resolution.\n\nReporting & Governance\n\nProduce accurate and timely project status reports.\n\nSupport operational reviews, business reviews, and leadership reporting.\n\nEnsure compliance with internal governance standards and business requirements.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology,Cybersecurity, Project Management, or related field.\n\n5+ years of project management or PMO experience.\n\nExperience supportingcybersecurity, technology, consulting, or professionalservicesengagements.\n\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.\n\nExperience with project management platforms such as Scoro, OpenAir, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.\n\nExceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nPMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.\n\nExperience within Managed Detection & Response
