Join us in shaping the future of energy.\nJob Summary:\nYou will be responsible for strengthening the Engineering & Construction (E&C) organization’s operational excellence in this cross-functional specialist role. The role establishes and maintains project delivery processes, supports global QA/QC programs for owner supplied major equipment manufacturing (inverters, modules, trackers, transformers, etc.), and serves as the primary interface between the U.S. E&C team and Repsol’s Technical Optimization Team in Madrid.\nThe role ensures that E&C teams deliver projects efficiently, consistently, safely, and in alignment with Repsol’s global technical standards, lessons learned, and continuous improvement objectives.\nThe position is based in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcess Development & Organizational Support:\nDevelop, implement, and maintain standardized procedures, workflows, templates, and governance tools that support the E&C project lifecycle (from development handover through execution and commissioning).\n\nCollaborate with Project Management, Engineering & Construction, Procurement, Risk, and HSE teams to ensure processes are embedded into daily project execution.\n\nSupport the rollout of project management frameworks, including stage-gate governance, change management, document control, and reporting standards.\n\nLead or support continuous improvement initiatives, including post-project reviews and lessons-learned integration across projects.\n\nEnsure E&C process alignment with Repsol corporate standards, compliance requirements.\n\nQA/QC for Owner Supplied Equipment Manufacturing (Modules, Inverters, etc.):\nSupport the development and execution of the QA/QC strategy for major equipment suppliers, including PV modules, inverters, trackers, transformers, switchgear, and associated equipment.\n\nWork with the engineering teams to define inspection and test plans (ITPs), FAT procedures, and manufacturing quality requirements.\n\nCoordinate with third-party inspectors, EPC partners, and OEMs to monitor:\nFactory audits\n\nIn-process inspections\n\nFAT/IFAT activities\n\nNCR/CAR tracking and closure\n\nSupport evaluation and qualification of key vendors, ensuring traceability, documentation, and conformity to Repsol’s technical standards.\n\nAssist with data collection and QA analytics to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities in equipment manufacturing quality.\n\nTechnical Optimization Team Liaison:\nServe as the primary point of contact between the U.S. E&C organization and Repsol’s Technical Optimization Team in Madrid.\n\nEnsure U.S. project needs, technical challenges, and lessons learned are communicated to global team.\n\nDrive adoption of engineering standards, technical updates, approved technology lists, and design optimizations into U.S. project scopes.\n\nCoordinate technical reviews, design benchmarking, and cross-market best practice exchanges.\n\nSupport harmonization of North American project execution approaches with Repsol’s global technical roadmap and innovation initiatives where beneficial.\n\nQualifications:\n10+ years of experience in engineering, construction, project services, QA/QC, or process development-preferably in renewable energy (solar/wind/storage) or large-scale infrastructure.\n\nExperience with PV equipment manufacturing QA/QC is a strong advantage.\n\nExperience working within global, multi-disciplinary organizations.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.\n\nMaster’s degree or professional certifications (PMP, ISO
