Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in on-site, field, and virtual meetings with contractors to provide expert engineering support and guidance, advancing project design and resolving challenges.
  • Assess site development designs to identify cost-saving measures, promote consistency, and optimize construction methods.
  • Conduct detailed constructability reviews to anticipate and resolve potential issues before construction begins.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation-including design calculations, drawings, technical specifications, and engineering reports-ensuring accuracy, currency, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Work closely with GIS specialists to develop comprehensive maps, technical drawings, and project details that support planning and execution.
  • Excel in fast-paced environments by collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary, global project teams to achieve project goals and deliver innovative solutions.

  • Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D and PVcase. Focus on site plan layout, geometric design of access roads and driveways, grading, drainage, and coordination with other disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Python for civil engineering applications, such as data analysis, automation, and design optimization.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
