Reasonable accommodationsmay be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nCreate, adjust, and organize technical documents to assista respective mentor\n\nConsolidateand streamline information regardingengineering documentsto assistmaintenance crew on the floor\n\nGather and condense information through company databases to deliver to theengineering/maintenance department\n\nAnalyze aircraftchange requests for economic viability and fleet convenience\n\nBrainstormways to improve operations within the engineering department, improve operationsbetween other departmentsand increase efficiency between Headquarters and crews at Republic Airways bases.\n\nCreate, update, or review engineering documents as assigned\n\nAttendmeetingsand vendor functions\n\nAssistin duties, projects, and presentations as assigned\n\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE\nPursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Aeronautical Engineering Technology (AET) or related.\n\nMinimum 3.0GPA on a 4.0 scale\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel\n\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group\n\nStrong analytical skill\n\nPursuing Airframe and Powerplant Certification.\n\nOTHER QUALIFICATIONS\nAbility to work onsite at our CarmelHeadquarters location, unless otherwise directed by hiring manager\n\nAbility to work up to 40 hours per week with a minimum of 20 hours for spring and fall interns\n\nEligible to work in the United States without sponsorship\n\nLANGUAGE SKILLS\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
