This associate facilitates student, instructor, and Sim schedules for each class throughout the training timeline. This includes starting after Indoctrination, during Flight Training Devices and Simulators, and up until the beginning of Initial Operation Experience (IOE). Additionally, they will utilize the theory of constraint concept to best fit the demands of our resources and training needs.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nOversee pilot training plans and adjusts as necessary due to circumstantial issues. Use critical thinking skills to formulate inventive and efficient solutions.\nCoordinate with Training Managers to ensure a positive and corrective action is made while facilitating scheduled and unscheduled pilot training events.\nCommunicate daily critical tasks and items of importance to our fellow team members.\nField emails and in-office questions from instructors and students.\nMonitor any needed TSA security requirements for Foreign Nationals entering the simulator training sessions, ensuring that federal approval is met.\nUtilizes Fox Britannica,\nMicrosoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, Outlook, and Teams to ensure all needed information is accurate and up to date.Plan recurrent training events, books simulator and flight training device time as well as coordinates resources.\nCoordinates check airmen and instructor schedules for training events.\nReacts to changes in training and plans for future training needs.\nDisplays strong attention to detail to monitor progression of pilot training.\nPerforms other duties as assigned. \nREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform this job.\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)\nKnowledge of Microsoft OS, including Microsoft Office Suite and various web browsers\nAbility to multitask and interact with multiple computer applications and adapt to new software programs when incorporated into the department.\nSelf-starter\nPREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE\nPrevious experience in the Airline industry.\nAssociates Degree.\nLANGUAGE SKILLS\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.\nREASONING/PROBLEM SOLVING\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. \nAbility to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.\nMultitasking while applying problem solving and written or oral instructions to multiple parties.\nCRITIAL THINKING/DECISION MAKING \nMakes decisions daily on use of resources.
