This includes phone and email communication. \nDevelops creative content and process improvement to better associate experience \nPerforms other duties, analyses, reports, and presentations as assigned \n\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE\nPursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related \nMinimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale \nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills \nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group \nStrong analytical skill \nComfort with Public Speaking in front of groups ranging from 20-40. \nOTHER QUALIFICATIONS\nAbility to work onsite at our Carmel Headquarters location, unless otherwise directed by hiring manager\nAbility to work up to 40 hours per week with a minimum of 20 hours for spring and fall interns\nEligible to work in the United States without sponsorship \n\nLANGUAGE SKILLS\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
