direction.\nProvide hands-on technical guidance, mentoring, and peer reviews to software engineers.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to deliver features aligned with business and product roadmaps.\nInfluence and promote software engineering standards, best practices, and development workflows.\nDesign solutions that address complex business problems with a focus on scalability, resiliency, security, and maintainability.\nSupport DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and operational excellence for production systems.\nWork closely with architecture, infrastructure, IT security, QA, and vendor teams to resolve issues and improve system reliability.\nDocument designs, implementations, and operational processes clearly and effectively.\nContinuously evaluate and adopt modern tools, technologies, and practices.\nOwns the technical implementation, and long-term health of one or more critical systems\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience.\nStrong experience building modern cloud-native applications.\nExperience with secure SDLC practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.\nSolid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and application resiliency.\nProficiency with modern programming languages and frameworks, like C#, .NET, or Python\nExperience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.\nExperience working with relational and non-relational databases, like Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, Amazon DynamoDB, or MongoDB\nExcellent problem solving and communication skills\nStrong advocate for agile development and engineering best practices.\nExperience owning production systems and driving technical implementation decisions end-to-end\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience with C#, .NET Core, and Python\nExperience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, TypeScript).\nExperience with infrastructure-as-code and container platforms (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker).\nFamiliarity with AWS messaging and event-driven services.\nExperience working with Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, and
