Provide regular reporting to leadership on student success with regard to performance and on-time status.\n\nSafety and securityConsistently and reliably ensures that the policies and procedures required at a high security operation are met and reports any deviations from these policies and procedures.\n\nREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform this job.\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED). \nExperience in academic advising or related careers in post-secondary or trade education, or a combination of education and experience commensurate with the requirements of the position.\nDemonstrated interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to effectively analyze ambiguous information and respond appropriately.\nExperience in group presentations.\nAbility to process and maintain confidential information.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Windows and Office suite. \nAbility to multitask and interact with multiple computer applications.\nPREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE\nBachelor’s degree.\nFAA advanced or instrument ground instructor or certificated flight instructor certificate.\nPrevious experience in a fast-paced operational environment.\nExperience working within the flight training industry.\nLANGUAGE SKILLS\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.\nREASONING/PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
