You're grounded in Scrum and Kanban, but you adapt ceremonies to what a team actually needs rather than following a playbook rigidly, and you bring pragmatic estimation and prioritization rather than theoretical rigor.\nYou've built and maintained delivery timelines from engineering estimates, and you reforecast confidently when scope or priorities shift.\nYou have a track record of surfacing and resolving cross-team dependencies and blockers before they cause delay and of planning and running releases end-to-end, including coordination with support and stakeholders outside engineering.\nYour communication is factual and direct; you report status, including bad news, to business stakeholders early and plainly, without spin.
