You will own delivery tracking, timelines, forecasting, cross-team dependencies, blockers, and end-to-end release coordination. include the following:\nAgile Delivery and Team Management:\nFacilitate agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and team activities.\nOperate effectively across Scrum and Kanban, adapting the process to what the team actually needs.\nOwn and maintain Kanban boards, ensuring work is visible, prioritized, and up-to-date.\nBring structure and focus to multiple engineering teams without creating unnecessary process overhead.\nWork closely with Product and Engineering to keep priorities, estimates, and execution aligned.\nDelivery Planning and Forecasting:\nBuild delivery timelines using engineering complexity estimates and product priorities.\nEstablish and track milestones, dependencies, and expected delivery dates.\nContinuously maintain delivery forecasts as scope, priorities, or engineering estimates change.\nDrive re-estimation and timeline reviews when requirements or priorities shift.\nIdentify gaps between business expectations and engineering estimates and drive alignment.\nProvide clear, factual delivery updates to business stakeholders.\nCommunicate changes and risks early rather than waiting for deadlines to slip.\nDependencies, Risks, and Blockers:\nProactively identify cross-team dependencies that could impact delivery.\nDrive resolution of blockers and dependencies across teams.\nEscalate resource constraints, bottlenecks, and delivery risks when required.\nKeep teams and stakeholders aligned on ownership, timelines, and next actions.\nReduce avoidable stall time by identifying risks before they become delivery issues.\nRelease Management:\nOwn end-to-end release planning for product increments.\nCoordinate release activities across product, engineering, QA, support, marketing, and business stakeholders.\nEnsure the right stakeholders are available and aligned during deployment activities.\nTrack release readiness and dependencies through to production.\nMaintain release history and documentation.\nRun release retrospectives and work with Support on post-release incidents and learnings.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience in delivery management, release management, agile project management, or a closely related role.\nExperience working in multi-team product engineering environments.\nStrong hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban.\nProven experience building and maintaining delivery timelines from engineering estimates.\nStrong understanding of estimation, prioritization, forecasting, and dependency management.\nExperience managing end-to-end software releases.\nAbility to identify blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies and drive them to resolution.\nStrong stakeholder management across engineering, product, QA, support, and business teams.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nComfortable communicating delivery risks, delays, and bad news directly and early.\nStrong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.\nExperience working across multiple teams and time zones is a plus.\nStartup or high-growth product company experience is
