development.\nFollow true Test-Driven Development (TDD) and ensure code is thoroughly tested before release.\nBuild and maintain microservices and event-driven architectures.\nContribute to platform-level thinking and design solutions that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.\nBuild, deploy, and operate NestJS applications on AWS.\nTake ownership of your components through the complete lifecycle, from development to production support.\nProvide L3 production support for owned components and contribute to L1/L2 knowledge bases to improve customer support.\nEnsure delivered features are ready to ship without dependency on manual testing.\nBalance engineering quality and architectural fidelity with pragmatism, delivery timelines, and business requirements.\nParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, code reviews, and team activities.\nCommunicate clearly, accurately, and respectfully with cross-functional and engineering teams.\nRequirements:\n6+ years of backend development experience, with strong hands-on experience in TypeScript.\n3+ years of professional experience with NestJS as a core backend technology.\nStrong understanding of NestJS architecture, concepts, patterns, and use cases.\nProven experience building, deploying, and supporting NestJS applications on AWS.\nStrong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.\nStrong software engineering fundamentals and commitment to clean, maintainable code.\nHands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing.\nStrong understanding and practical application of SOLID, KISS, YAGNI, and lean software development principles.\nExperience working in Agile / Lean/startup environments where speed, pragmatism, and engineering quality need to be balanced.\nStrong ownership mindset with experience taking backend services from development through production and support.\nAdvanced proficiency with Claude
