This role will support key financial planning and analysis activities across the business, including forecasting, budgeting, headcount tracking, and sales compensation analysis.\nThe ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable partnering with business leaders to turn financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. This position reports to the Director of Finance Operations and will work closely with Finance and cross-functional business partners.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nSupport financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking\nAnalyze financial data and build financial models to support business decisions\nPrepare financial summaries, reports, and presentations for business partners and executive leadership\nPartner with business and operational leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making\nAnalyze trends, forecasts, and business performance and recommend opportunities for optimization\nSupport key initiatives related to cost savings, efficiency, and financial improvement\nReconcile financial transactions and identify and correct data discrepancies\nSupport headcount tracking, sales compensation analysis, and other FP&A activities as needed\nTake on additional financial analysis and reporting projects as assigned\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\nTypically requires undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience\nExperience with Workday, Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights, and OfficeConnect highly desirable\nStrong financial modeling and analytical skills\nExperience working with financial data, forecasting, and reporting\nSaaS experience preferred, but not required\nSalesforce experience is a plus\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace\nExcellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities\nClear and effective written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment\nSelf-directed, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
