The ideal candidate will possess a drive and passion for enabling high-quality customer experiences.\nHow You'll Shape the Experience:\nArticulate business requirements for supported product\n\nConduct market research supported by on-going engagements with customers and non-customers\n\nThe ideal candidate will be able to provide actionable guidance to Engineering with clear prioritization of development efforts, based on solving customer pain points and well defined success metrics\n\nWork closely with cross functional teams such as designers, program managers and developers, providing thorough reviews and necessary guidance to iterate over solution designs\n\nCreate and present developer-facing work products (e.g. taxonomies, navigation, page flows)\n\nEvangelize the product vision with effective and powerful communication\n\nCreate and present high-quality customer-facing deliverables (user stories, designs)\n\nFocus on data driven decision making\n\nTake end-to-end ownership of your product area - from problem definition through launch and post-launch iteration - driving outcomes without waiting to be asked\n\nAdditional duties as assigned\n\nThe Skills That Set You Apart:\n5+ years in product management with a track record for launching successful enterprise SaaS products, and managing them over multiple releases\n\nB.Tech / B.E. / BS / BA in a technical or business field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus\n\nHighly articulate with outstanding verbal and written communication skills\n\nA strong ownership mindset with the drive to push work forward through ambiguity, remove blockers proactively, and consistently get things done\n\nExperience with data, insights, and reporting products (dashboards, analytics, metrics frameworks) is beneficial\n\nExposure to AI/ML-powered product capabilities and an understanding of how to apply them to real customer problems is beneficial\n\nWillingness to work in the evenings as needed to collaborate with our US-based teams and stakeholders.\n\nWhere You’ll Connect & Collaborate:\nYour main HQ is our Hyderabad, Telangana office, but we know great work can happen anywhere.
