You'll work side by side with our customers over multi-month engagements, making sure the messy complexity of physical data never slows them down.\nWe want builders. You'll stand up data pipelines and integrations, get customers' data flowing into Rerun, and keep their production systems moving. And by getting deep into their workflows and pain points, you'll help point Rerun's product and engineering teams at the problems that matter most.\nThis is an early, high-ownership role. You'll help shape how deployments work as we grow.\nWhat you'll do\nRun technical discovery and scope solutions for customer problems\n\nSolve hard data and infrastructure problems inside customers' production environments\n\nFeed recurring issues, patterns, and product gaps back to Rerun's engineering and product teams\n\nCoordinate work across Rerun and the customer to keep deployments moving\n\nBackgrounds we're looking for\nWe care about a strong technical foundation and genuine customer curiosity far more than a job title. You likely come from one of these backgrounds:\nData engineering / data platform engineering. You've built pipelines and worked with large-scale data.\n\nInfrastructure / platform engineering. Solid systems background, plus real curiosity about the product and the customer, not just the infrastructure.\n\nSoftware engineering with substantial data work. You've spent real time close to data, not just application code.\n\nWhat we're looking for in you\nStrong in Python and hands-on data work\n\nAble to learn fast and work through ambiguity\n\nComfortable being customer-facing: asking probing questions, surfacing hidden requirements, and coordinating across teams\n\nGenuinely energized by understanding someone else's problem and solving it with them\n\n~30% travel to spend time with customers during deployments\n\nNice to have\nRobotics, autonomy, perception, or sensor-data experience\n\nOpen-source contributions or side projects you're proud of\n\nCustomer-facing experience\n\nHow we work at Rerun\nWe're a remote company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with a growing hub in San Francisco.\n\nWe meet up in person for a week roughly once a quarter.\n\nWe're spread across European and US time zones.
