Teams building robots, autonomous systems, drones and industrial automation collect enormous amounts of messy sensor data, and there's very little tooling built for it. Most teams end up stitching together internal tools, for different parts of the workflow, and losing months of engineering to it. We're building that layer properly, in the open, so they don't have to.\nWe're remote-first with colleagues across Europe and the US, and backed by leading investors. We have ambitious growth plans over the next 18 months and beyond, so we are looking for a Talent Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Talent Lead, you'll play a key part in helping us scale the business while maintaining the high hiring bar and candidate experience that matter to us.\nAbout the Role\nThis is a delivery-focused recruiting role; sourcing, engaging candidates and running interview processes. The hiring is technical, focused on our engineering and design searches, likely weighted toward the visualization and developer experience side of the product.\nWe're looking for a full-cycle recruiter from a deeply technical product company who genuinely enjoys engineering hiring and wants to go deeper. Hires will span Europe and the US; if you're in the Europe, evening calls for US candidates come with the desk. We're flexible in return.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn searches end to end; sourcing, screening, process management and closing.\n\nBuild high-quality pipelines through outbound search, referrals and communities.\n\nRecruit across our Viewer, SDK, full-stack, CI/CD and design teams. Think: Rust engineers who build 3D visualization, engineers who craft SDKs and tooling other developers love, full-stack engineers, and designers who make complex technical products feel simple. You'll support on other searches when needed too.\n\nAssess candidates for technical depth as well as role skills, and hold the bar with hiring managers.\n\nDeliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through to offer.\n\nKeep processes organised, efficient and moving; you'll run your searches with a lot of autonomy.\n\nPartner with hiring managers and the Talent Lead on role definition, market insight and calibration.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5-7 years experience recruiting within early-stage and scaling startups (typically Seed to Series A-C).\n\nA track record of full-cycle delivery; you've owned searches alone, not just sourced or coordinated within a larger TA machine.\n\nExperience recruiting for technical products: developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML, robotics or similar. You can ask the right questions to get to the technical substance of any role, and turn that into better sourcing and screening\n\nGenuine appetite for engineering and design hiring: think Rust engineers building 3D rendering pipelines, SDK and developer tooling engineers, product designers for technical users.\n\nStrong sourcing skills and a genuine passion for finding great people.\n\nHigh agency and ownership: you build stakeholder relationships quickly, solve problems proactively and keep momentum when things get stuck.\n\nComfortable in environments where priorities change and new challenges appear regularly.\n\nComfortable with the realities of a startup desk: ambiguity, shifting priorities, some later calls across time zones.\n\nYou'll Likely Enjoy This Role If You\nLike roles where the spec is \"find exceptional people,\" not \"run this process.\"\n\nEnjoy learning technical domains and being able to talk credibly about them.\n\nCare deeply about candidate experience.\n\nWant to help build a company, not just fill roles.\n\nHow we work at Rerun\nWe're a remote company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with a growing hub in San Francisco.\n\nWe meet up in person for a week roughly once a quarter.\n\nWe're spread across European and US time zones.
