They partner with the business and departmental specialists to support, troubleshoot, and implement features and functionality of the applications in their areas of responsibility. The Application Analyst II provides efficient and consistent use of trusted applications throughout RES Americas and coordinates with other IT functions across the globe to ensure standardization of support and processes.\nRequirements:\nProvides timely and quality resolution support through troubleshooting, research, and resolution.\nAssists in planning and consulting on how to effectively manage large numbers of Power Automate and App solutions within the organization.\nGuides the organization in adopting standards for managing many applications and scaling up development.\nProvides expert level administration and configuration of Microsoft Power Platform.\nFunctions as a global administrator in a commercial M365 tenant for power platform users.\nOverseesthe operational health of the application including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability.\nDevises or modifies application systems and procedures to optimize functional requirements, including capacity, operating time, response time, and form of desired results. \nPartners with functional leaders to identify strategic objectives, determine functional needs and requirements, and craft comprehensive plans for continuous application development aligned with those goals and needs.\nTests, debugs, and documents enhancements to business applications. \nAuthors androutinely reviewstechnical documentation necessary to facilitate usage and adoption of applications, including user and admin guides; routinely review documentation to ensure accuracy. \nIdentifies trends in customer issues, recommends improvements, and implements approved improvements.\nWrites custom reports and SQL queries.\nPresents and communicateswith senior-level management on the evaluation of the current solution, proposed solution, and the optional and recommended next steps.\nMentors and coachesother applicationsupport resources within their area of expertise.\nAssumes responsibilities for additionally assigned assignments related to supported applications.\nPresents, supports, and leads by example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.\nAssesses and works with the business to obtain business requirements and understand the business needs. \nParticipates in an on-call rotation to provide tier 1 troubleshooting for critical systems, beyond daily supported applications.\nAttends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.\nComplies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Company Policies & Procedures.\n Mentors and coachesother applicationsupport resources within their area of expertise.\n\nAssumes responsibilities for additionally assigned assignments related to supported applications.\nPresents, supports, and leads by example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.\nAssesses and works with the business to obtain business requirements and understand the business needs. \nParticipates in an on-call rotation to provide tier 1 troubleshooting for critical systems, beyond daily supported applications.\nAttends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.\nComplies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Company Policies & Procedures.\nSafety:\nFollows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly. \nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degreein Computer Science, Technology, or Business. In lieu of a degree, 8 years of relevant work experience is required.\n3 years of experiencein application support/analyst role\nDemonstrated experience in supporting and maintaining enterprise-level applications.\nKnowledge of help desk ticketing software, preferably ServiceNow.\nExperience troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance in a cloud environment.\nDemonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform and M365 applications. \nProficient in Microsoft Office. \nFamiliarity with ITIL v3 or related service delivery frameworks.\nDemonstrated experience in Project Management as a team member experience.\nKnowledge of Business Intelligence reporting.\nKnowledge of software development lifecycle.\nExceptional verbal and written communication. \nCritical thinking skills. \nSelf-motivated and able to work under pressure. \nFunctional Competencies include collaboration, communication, system thinking, attention to detail, and excellence.\nAnticipated base salary range: $80,000- $100,000\nThe final agreed upon compensationis based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
