Summary: TheCloud & Infrastructure Engineering Manager, Group leads the team that runs the business-critical infrastructure behind RES Group: the cloud platforms that keep a global organization operating 24x7. The role owns day-to-day operational leadership of the team, uptime, governance, disaster recovery and incident response, and is a key contributor to team strategy under the Director of Cloud & Infrastructure. This is a working manager position. The ideal candidate is an experienced Azure and infrastructure engineer who still enjoys hands-on work, has led a small to medium technical team, and brings structure through clear standards and processes. They prioritize against business needs, communicate well with IT leadership, and rely on and empower the team's technical leads on technical decisions so that services are delivered securely and consistently.
