We want you to have a sense of belonging and feel valued for your contributions and the perspectives you bring.\nSummary:\nThe Craft - Substation Technician - T&D will be under general supervision and performs the work in the operation, construction, and maintenance of Electrical Substations and Battery Substations.\nRequirements:\nGeneral construction of electrical substations.\nUnderground and above ground conduit.\nInstalls underground grounding systems.\nInstalls steel structures, electrical substations, and battery substations.\nInstalls MV/HV switches and other electrical equipment.\nAssists in the layout and concrete placement of drilled peers.\nAttends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.\nComplies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.\nPresents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.\nInstalling ground grid.\nOperating equipment.\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma/GED Required.\n1+ year working on electrical substations preferred.\nOr Any equivalent combination of education and experience.\nValid Driver’s License Required.\nAbility to travel 5-15%.\nSite layout\nPlace/finish concrete.\nInstall AG/BG conduit.\nPulling control cable/general knowledge of terminating.\nErecting steel structures.\nThe final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.\nPer Diem of $95.00 daily to cover lodging, meals and travel during rotation.\nRES offers benefits that are effective first day of employment.
