We want you to have a sense of belonging and feel valued for your contributions and the perspectives you bring.\nSummary:\nThe Electrician position will perform the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems on Wind Farm, Battery Storage, and Substation construction sites.\nRequirements:\nWorks with MV cable installation and terminations. \nAssembles, installs, tests, and maintains electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus, \nand fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. \nPlans layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes. \nFollows drawings to determine the location of wiring and equipment and ensures conformance to building and safety codes. \nUses a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment including oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps. \nInstalls ground leads and connects power cables to equipment. \nRepresents the company to meet contractual requirements. \nEnsures SAFETY requirements must be met. \nFollows any other job-related duties/functions requested by the supervisor. \nOperates and has general knowledge of equipment, Mini Ex, Skid steer. \nAttends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected. \nComplies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures. \nPresents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude. \nAvailable for overtime on a weekly basis. \nSafety Accountabilities:\nLeads by example to show that safety is the most important function, ensuring safe practices while working.\nAccountable to continually reinforce safe behaviors and correct “at risk” behaviors.\nFollows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma/GED preferred. \n2+ Years Heavy Construction Electrician work required. \nAbility to travel 76-100%, valid DL is required. \nAbility to demonstrate knowledge of various wiring methods including Control Wiring SCADA/PLC. \nLV terms and the ability to read schematics/wiring drawings. \nMedium Voltage Cabling Terminations is a plus (not required). \nAbility to operate vehicles and equipment associated with the electrical trade. \nFamiliarity with safety rules, OSHA, and first aid procedures. \nThe final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.\nPer Diem of $95 daily to cover lodging, meals and travel during rotation.\nRES offers benefits that are effective first day of employment.
