We want you to have a sense of belonging and feel valued for your contributions and the perspectives you bring.\nSummary:\nThe Project Logistics Administrator assists the Project Teams in weekly material reporting, filing and documentation, material ordering & receiving, and invoice processing.\nRequirements:\nRequests, tracks, and maintains purchase orders & purchase order changes, as needed.\nInspects, documents, tracks, and registers project material arrivals with confirmation from the Project Team.\nSupports payment status troubleshooting and vendor communication.\nRequests, tracks, maintains and consolidates required vendor and supplier documentation, as needed. \nAttends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.\nComplies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.\nPresents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.\nWorks with site team to reconcile material/inventory discrepancies, under the direction of the Project Manager.\nSafety:\nEnsures that safety is the most important function, follows safe practices while working.\nReinforces safe behaviors and eliminates “at risk” behaviors.\nReports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.\nEnsures Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s) occurs before scopes of work commence.\nAdheres to and understands standard operating procedures.\nReceives job- and task-specific training prior to work commencing.\nFollows technical, quality and safety systems in place and determines appropriate action.\nFollows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.\nQualifications:\nHighschool Diploma or GED, required.\nAssociate’s Degree in Accounting or Business -related field, preferred.\nValid Driver's License, preferred.\nAbility to travel 95-100% domestically, required.\n2+ years of accounting, accounts payable/receivable and construction experience, preferred.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel including the use of pivot tables, and Word (including document formatting), as well as Outlook and PowerPoint\nExperience with business accounting and accounting systems required.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.\nAbility to work independently\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure high quality, positive interfaces with Project Controls team members and project teams.\nAnticipated base salary range: $27.00/hr. - $30.00/hr.\nThe final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.\nPer Diem of $95.00 daily to cover lodging and meals.\nRES offers benefits that are effective first day of employment.
