We work through embedded teams deployed on-site or closely integrated with our clients.\nThe Role\nWe're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer for our Singapore team to be the bridge between our platform and our customers. You'll deploy our AI assurance platform in complex customer environments, build last-mile integrations, and support pre-sales with rapid prototyping and technical demonstrations. This role combines deployment engineering, software development, and customer communication, all in regulated, high-stakes settings.\nWhat You'll Do\nDeploy and configure AIP in customer environments, including air-gapped and on-premise settings\n\nBuild last-mile integrations connecting our platform to varied customer infrastructure\n\nOwn first-line bug fixing, platform updates, and issue resolution at customer sites\n\nDevelop client-specific customisations and new custom modules from requirements through to delivery\n\nSupport pre-sales with technical workshops, proof-of-concept builds, and rapid prototyping\n\nProvide L1/L2 technical support and customer onboarding\n\nExecute existing test plans for customer use cases and adapt reports for customer stakeholder presentations\n\nCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical customer stakeholders\n\nFeed field learnings back into the core product team (~20% of capacity)\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n2 to 5 years of software engineering experience, ideally with customer-facing deployment exposure\n\nStrong proficiency in Python and at least one additional language\n\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying applications in varied infrastructure environments\n\nComfort working independently on-site at customer locations with minimal supervision\n\nExcellent communication skills: ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders\n\nProblem-solving under pressure: diagnosing and resolving issues in production environments\n\nExperience writing documentation, handover notes, and customer-facing technical material\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in defence, pharma, or other regulated industries\n\nExperience with air-gapped deployments and restricted environments\n\nPre-sales or solutions engineering experience\n\nML/AI background: familiarity with model deployment, fine-tuning, or evaluation\n\nExperience with DevSecOps and security-hardened environments\n\nOur Hiring Bar\nWe have deliberately set a high hiring bar.
