We work through embedded teams deployed on-site or closely integrated with our clients.\nThe Role\nWe're looking for a Sr. Solution Architect to lead technical pre-sales and solution scoping across our computer vision and embodied AI work. You'll be the first technical point of contact for customers: understanding their needs, designing test and assurance solutions that map to our platform, and ensuring a smooth handover from scoping to engineering. This role spans both established CV assurance engagements and a growing pipeline of robotics and autonomy testing programmes.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead technical pre-sales across computer vision and embodied AI / autonomy engagements: workshops, demos, solution-design sessions.\n\nScope customer requirements (CV model assurance, UGV / robotics autonomy V&V) and translate them into formal technical specifications and test strategies.\n\nDesign solution architectures that map customer needs to AIP capabilities across vision, generative, and autonomous-systems testing.\n\nAct as the feasibility anchor for both the solutions we propose to clients and the internal roadmap: guide the team on what to build and how to prioritise, grounded in hands-on experience of what is realistic.\n\nPush back constructively when a client requests something that does not make technical sense or would demand disproportionate effort, and steer them toward a workable alternative.\n\nAdvise customers on evaluation methodology: ODD specification, scenario design, simulation-based and real-world V&V, sensor-data analysis, and model performance, robustness, and safety testing.\n\nWork with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth handover from scoping to deployment.\n\nMaintain ongoing technical relationships with key government and defence accounts.\n\nContribute to proposal writing, RFP responses, and technical documentation.\n\nProvide market and competitive intelligence to inform the product roadmap, particularly in autonomy and robotics testing.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5 to 10 years in solution architecture, ML/AI engineering, or technical consulting, with customer-facing scoping experience.\n\nTechnical depth across both computer vision and embodied AI / robotics / autonomous systems (perception stacks, ROS, simulation, sensor data).\n\nExperience designing solutions for enterprise and government customers.\n\nExcellent presentation and communication skills: comfortable in executive-level conversations.\n\nAbility to translate complex technical capabilities into customer business value.\n\nExperience with proposal writing, RFP responses, and formal requirements documentation.\n\nSelf-directed and comfortable operating across time zones and geographies.\n\nComfortable carrying engagements through many conversations and consistent follow-up rather than one-off interactions.\n\nThrives in ambiguity, where scope shifts as client needs and conversations evolve.\n\nAble to iterate on scope and ramp quickly to depth in unfamiliar technical areas.\n\nDue to the requirements of security clearance, we are only able to consider Singapore Citizens/Singapore Permanent Residents for this position.\n\nNice to Have\nAI evaluation or V&V experience: eval harnesses, benchmarking, model testing, or safety cases.\n\nFamiliarity with autonomy V&V tooling: CARLA, Isaac Sim, Applied Intuition or Foretellix, OpenSCENARIO / OpenODD, rosbag / lidar / camera analysis.\n\nExperience in defence, robotics, or autonomous-vehicle programmes.\n\nUnderstanding of AI governance and safety standards (ISO 26262, SOTIF, ISO 34503, DO-178C).\n\nExisting network in Singapore government or defence procurement.\n\nExperience with Palantir, Applied Intuition, or similar enterprise / autonomy software companies.\n\nOur Wish List\nWe have deliberately tightened our hiring bar.
